With spring playoffs quickly approaching, plenty of important matchups take place this week around Solano County, but perhaps nothing can quite compare to Will C. Wood’s ground breaking event on Thursday.
At 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Wood will break ground on its new stadium project, which is expected to open sometime next school year.
That piece of school history highlights another busy week in sports, especially for local tennis and swimming programs that will participate in league tournaments this week.
